Well, there is a problem with that serial number. V952543 does not exist. The “V” prefix was used during WWII and serial numbers did not reach that high. 28-2’s were made from 1962 to 1982 and would have a “N” or “S” prefix serial number. Take the serial number from the underside of the grip frame. You may have to remove the grips tp see it. As for value, that depends a lot on condition.
