Taken from Nosler Reloading Guide Number 4, p.326
Here you go:
Lilja barrel 24" 1-10 twist
case: Winchester
primer: Win. WLR
53.5 gr. 2642 fps 89% load density
55.5 gr. 2757 fps 92% load density
Max 57.5 gr.* 2872 fps 95% load density

*Most accurate load tested (for them)

Nosler manual only gives the "industry standard maximum overall cartridge length...established to insure proper feeding in modern sporting firearms. For the .30-06 Springfield, this length has been established at 3.340". Optimum accuracy is usually achieved with a slightly longer cartridge length."

Some of the other manuals do go a touch higher. The Hodgdon manual using a Sierra 165 gr sp gives a max of 59.0gr, 2938 fps at 49,400 cup with the bullet seated at 3.300", Win. cases and primers.
