I have had my SR9 for probably about 5 or 6 years. I love it. I've never had an issue with it and it runs whatever I feed it as far as shelf ammo. I now reload for it - a Lee 120 gr. lead TC over 3.5 gr. of Bulls Eye - a nice plinking round and it cycles perfectly. Ive owned about a half dozen Ruger handguns - all worked and functioned well - still have five of 'em as I traded an LCR in on a Smith that I had wanted. If I had it to do over again, I'd still go with the SR9. Even in the "break in" period, it never failed to feed/fire/eject.

I hope you enjoy yours as much as I do mine!
