Hunting in Tundra does not have a lot to do with temperture sensitivity. I'm sure your rifle shoots good in cold wheather, but how much change to you get when you go from -15 to +100.
I have seen as much as 150fps difference with I4350 when extreme differences in temp. are experienced.
I called Hodgson Powder Company, the maker of both H and IMR, and it was confirmed that the IMR is more temperture sensitive than H, or any of their Extreme Powders.
