Pick what feels best to you. I don't feel a lot of difference between the two guns, but some folks do. If you're one of them, that's a good way to pick between the two.
If you really have no preference and they both feel the same to you, then why not go with the G17? A little longer barrel, a little longer grip, a couple more rounds capacity--what's not to like?
