If I were going to carry any of those 4, it'd be the 30 for sure. 10mm is cost prohibitive and overly powerful (my opinion, of course). The full size are just a bit too big to carry easily.
If I still lived in Alaska and was still hiking in bear country, however, I'd probably pick up a 20.
