I have a Nikon M223 in 1-4x. At 1x - you can see the front post but I actually shoot the reticle right above the front sight post. At 2x - the post is blury and i can pretty much ignore it. At 3x - almost can't see any blur of the post. And at 4x - it's like the post is not there at all.
Same thing with having a 3-9x scope on my 6.8 SPC. Barely notice the FSB at 3x and not there at 4x and above.
