I don't think they meant "training video" the way you think they meant "training video".

I did not take it as a video intended to train the viewer in the sooper-seekrit death ninjustsu of SFOD-D, but rather a video with footage of some specops guys, who may or may not be SFOD-D, engaged in training-type activities.
