I'm a big fan of Buffalo Bore. The following round is very accurate in my Super Blackhawk and should have plenty of energy at 100 yards to take down most anything in North America.

4C: 270 gr. Speer Uni Core. (1450 fps / M.E. 1260 ft. lbs.)
