I think at this point to just rescue the holster to be usable, forgetting appearance, I use neatsfoot oil on many leather items. Soak or apply very liberally, let the leather absorb it all. Then let it set on newspapers for several days. Rub down and use. Do not wear with good clothes for a while.
Personally, I don't believe the Sno Seal should have voided any warranties. That was just an excuse the company grabbed at. It doesn't speak well for them. IMHO, they are a company to avoid doing business with.
