Early this morning while on the back porch, filtering air thru a cigarette, I was observing my clutter of farm cats lounging around in the heat. All of a sudden they all jumped to their feet and headed in every direction. My first thought was a feral dog or coyote. Seconds later a rather large bobcat bounded out from under a rosebush. It stopped looked back at me and then headed south at a rapid pace.
Whatever it was here for, rape, repast or robbery, it quickly scattered my bunch of barn tigers.
