Just because that breech plug doesn't have a wrench doesn't mean that it will always be easy to open. It will help if you use a tiny (and I do mean tiny) amount of anti-sieze lubricant on the threads. The stuff made for spark plugs works great. Clean the threads really well after shooting. I store my muzzleloader with the breech plug out .
