Never heard of them, but I ain't in the EU. A handful of news articles. It appears to be a Polish organization. I'm guessing ZBROJNICE.COM is an affiliate? Even though there are references to years prior to 2019, there isn't a whole lot of coverage before 2019. The site feels like something thrown together using WiX.
