Does anybody know what kind of powder produces less pressure for heavy pistol loads??Say H110,2400,AA#9,or#7,231,and so on.

Is there a chart that shows pressure in a given round??

I shoot .357,.44mag.,.45acp & colt"long",and was wondering if I could shoot a lower pressure round and be less wear and tear on the gun and me,and still get the performance.
