I might sell the 8 3/8" S&W, but not both.

I am not sure that your assessment of current and future values of pre-Lock S&W N-frames is correct...especially P&R revolvers. They have been steadily increasing in value since I bought my first (which was only about 8 years ago).

I don't know all that much about the Anaconda, but my impression is that the one you really want is the Python. Those seem to be the ones that are in demand.

I've also read enough posts (from people whose opinions I trust) on Colt revolvers' tuning/timing, and how there are not too many people left who are truly knowledgeable and able to fix and tune them...and (just like WWII veterans) fewer ever year.

Your money, do as you will. But I would do some more homework if I were you. Good luck, and happy hunting.
