Most do, how much depends on the demand in the area.

There are free "practice pins" out there. When pins get shot a bit, they wont stand up and have to be replaced. Most clubs will give you those pins for free.

Take them and drill some holes in the top so you can screw in an "eye" bolt.

Suspend them from a swing set or something else that will hold them about 36"s off the ground. Use 5, 16"s apart and shoot them at 25 feet.

Good practice for pin matches, you can shoot them quite a bit before there is nothing left.
