I have the 4" Mini Master with dual cylinders as well. It shoots great. I use it now in some of the field situations where I used to use a Ruger Bearcat.

For CCW, I only use it as a BUG. It is very light and slim. With a pocket holster from Simply Rugged you can carry it in the inside pocket of any kind of jacket. And the larger grips make it easy to fire. None of that "awkward manual of arms" with that little gun. You draw, cock, fire, cock, fire.... what's hard about that? Just like any other single action revolver.
