UPDATE

Found the 44.2 to be optimal charge. Had a decent seating depth and some stuff happened and wasn't 100% sure where my seating depth was actually at so went back today and re-did seating depth test and found a better load than before. Since last load though I did uniform primer pockets and sort by neck wall thickness and switched to the Forster Ultra Micrometer Seater Die.
Here are the groups from today with diff seating depths. I used Bergers seating depth test method to work up. Started at 2.102" ogive (#1) and worked up to 2.227(#5) which is only 0.005 off the lands. #5 and #4 appear to be very promissing.

Shot at 100yds 75F and light winds(4-6mph) coming from 11 oclock
