We have wolves on our hunting land and this would allow us to shoot them if it passes. Also need the wolves to be taken off the endangered list I think. That's why I posted in the other thread. Three of us could have shot the alpha male that was chasing a doe right by our blinds during rifle season the last couple years. Hope this is a decent enough explanation.
