For the game called skeet, they make a skeet choke - .005 constriction in a typical 12 gauge. Other clay target games, like trap, 5-stand and sporting clays, typically use different constrictions due to the type and distance of the target.
That turkey choke may not pattern well - have you tried it with your load? Some extra-tight chokes wind up with a blown pattern that is more doughnut shaped, so a trip to the pattern board/plate is a wise move.
