There are a number of good IWB and belt holsters available. Expect to spend around $60 and up. Kydex is faster.
The only difference in bullet weight is point of impact. Heavier bullets will shoot higher.
The G23 is pretty snapy, you might want to put in a 22lb recoil spring.
