At the end of this message is a link to an article where I got this information. Basically, this is in response to a bunch of threads where people mention universal background checks. I like this guy's approach to gun laws. There's going to be something passed, and I personally think some legislation is in order. However, there is a lot of talk about people being on a list as approved to buy weapons. Read this article and it may give you some ammo on that topic. I think our background check system could use some fixing, as could our mental health system.
