My 7400 has never 'jammed', but I tried shooting some WWII vintage M2 Ball a couple of times that would cycle the action so fast, it would not strip the next round from the mag...

Accurate (and corrosive); it liked the bullet a lot...

I ended up pulling the rest of the bullets, dumping the mil powder in the garden, storing the capped brass, and loading the bullets over a decent amount of 4350 in once fired Federal cases that would cycle fine...Less cleaning, and great long range 'plinkers' (back when she wore glass)...

Still have the primed cases in a Tupperware container in the shed...
