I've got two pretty comprehensive "trade Gun" lists . Neither lists Bluegrass.
From the mid 1800s to the present there were hundreds of 'hardware store' brands. You would order a set number from a manufacture and he would stamp anything on the gun you wanted.

Some manufactures hade their name hidden or in a code somewhere on the gun. Others didn't want to be associated with what they made because of the quality. Usually these guns are not well made and some down right dangerous. Best guess is that it would be safe hanging on a wall.
