Congratulations.....I agree that the 617's are fine guns ( I have an older 6 shot model 617 in 6" )....and its older cousin the model 18 - blued - in a
4"....and I keep looking for a 6 shot model 617 in a 4"....but they are indeed, very hard to find.
I'll be prowling our local gunshow this weekend ...for a model 617, 6 shot, in a 4" this weekend ....( you never know when it will just magically be there...!!)
