A friend of mine has the .45 Rowland conversion for XD45. You can switch between factory .45 acp and .45 Rowland by regular field strip and reassemble. It is that easy. The Rowland barrel is extended and ported. My Rowland conversion on my Government is the same procedure as any full length guide rod conversion setup.
I really love the Rowland setup, and I have converted three friends along the way. It is that good.
