Learned how to shoot with 9mms and I'd never feel undergunned with one. Shot placement is what it's all about. I have since moved up to 1911s and all things being equal I'd rather have one in .45acp during a crisis situation 'cause;a)it's bigger(230gr) b)I'm more accurate with a 1911 c)A 1911 is visually intimidating and I might get out of the situation without having to fire at all. When all is said and done,the gun in your hand is the one. Love 'em all!
