There are sometimes small differences in the fit, so it would depend on the brass you have? CCI's that I have tend to be a little on the tighter side; wider slightly. Either brand should function fine unless you have a lightened mainspring as part of trigger work you've done or had done, in which case I would use Federal primers because they tend to be a little more sensitive.
