I seem to recall there being some kind of import ban. Some agreement between governments. I think.
"...a semi-auto version of the Dragunov..." It is already semi-auto only. No select fire sniper rifles. Quite a few of 'em on Gunbroker. Chinese, Romanian and other makes. Start at $1400ish. And no bids.
