My experience is 50/50 with Taurus. My Public Defender is spot on but when I called Taurus for a warranty issue with another gun, it was either frustrating or time consuming. I talked to a Spanish speaking man that was quick and rude. I am neutral with Taurus. My PD and Raging Bull have been top self quality but others have been average at best.
