No, you don't have to agree, but it doesn't matter whether or not you agree. Nor does it matter whether you think it's correct for society at large. The opinions of courts on matters of law, including the Constitution, affect the lives and property of real people in the real world. Your opinions on such things do not.

And if we want to further the RKBA in the real world we need to understand how things work in the world. We need to be able to effectively function in the political system. We also need to be able to effectively function in the legal system.
