Look hard at Fairfax.

While the schools are VERY good (Thomas Jefferson High School has been ranked as the best high school in the country) it takes a lot of tax money.

Property values are very high, and the closer you get to Washington, DC the higher the values generally climb.

Average household income is over $100,000.
