I like Power Pistol in .380 and .40 (I don't reload 9mm yet). It's a little snappy, and I get a lot of muzzle flash, but I think that's mostly because I'm using it with short-barreled pistols. But I get accurate loads with it, and it meters well.
Most of the recommended PP loads are significantly heavier than loads using other powders, so it's probably not as economical.
