Green Dot and Red Dot are actually faster burning than Bullseye. The "relative quickness" takes into account the powder's energy level, and BE contains more energy per gram than any other powder except Power Pistol. (it's tied with slower-burning Power Pistol.)
BE is somewhere between Green Dot and Unique -- which is a great burn rate for .38 Special.
