I ordered a pair of stocks for the 1911 on 7 January via snail mail and had them sent to my gunsmith as an adult signature was required for delivery. I picked them up from my 'smith last night. The stocks are just what I wanted, with good grain showing, and they fit the 1911 well. $207 delivered. I'd guess I'd have had them faster if I had used either Pay Pal or had a MC/Visa card not Amex.
