A cool thing about working at the local pawn and gun is that on occasion you find something real cheap that you just snag for the hell of it.

I got a Savage Axis in .30-06 for stupid cheap. So, I'm planning on putting it in a Boyd's stock and putting a .35 Whelen barrel on it post wedding.

Kinda excited to some what build a gun and to have a .35 Whelen.
