Lots of good powders available for the Rem Mag with the 150gr bullet.
IMR4831, Hodgdon Hybrid 100V, Ramshot Hunter & Magnum, a whole slew from Alliant.

I'd stay away from RL25. Good velocities, but not so great accuracy.
Personally, i'm shooting RL23 with my 150gr AccuBond Long Range.
