This is tough, since you already have good pistols (Ruger MK, 22/45).

I have tried a base model Ceiner conversion on my 1911 long ago with the thought of training for cheap with a 1911. Non adjustable sights and lack of lock-open on last round did not work for me. At the time I tried the ceiner, I had a couple of Browning Buckmarks, Ruger MKIIs, S&W 41, and maybe a S&W 617. Sold the Ceiner since I had so many others that shot better.

Now, A conversion is very low on my list but I kind of want to try an Advantage Arms (something that locks open on last round) and this time without the thought of matching it to centerfire training. I think I will enjoy it more.
