As a runner myself, your only real option is a fanny pack holster. Sweating on your gun, with a belt clip digging in your side doesn't sound like a good run to me.
Just a though, I don't wear them either, but what about various fuel belts? I'd almost bet you could find something with enough of a pocket to hold your TCP. Your best bet for quick access is a fanny pack though.
Fuel belts look just as silly as a fanny pack, but if you want to have a gun with you, you'll have to deal with one of the other.
