We did it right in Mississippi last year. We are starting to get a population of black bears back but they are still, of course, illegal to hunt. Hopefully the population will be healthy enough one day to hunt. Anyway, these two idiots killed 2 bears and put the skins in the freezer and went around bragging about it. They are doing 30, yes 30 years in prison now.
