Just talked with a coworker about this today. He's in the same boat as you, getting started. Ebay had Lee start up packages for as little as $125.00 and scads of dies for nearly anything. I'm still using an RCBS Rockchucker that I bought used in the mid 70s, along with a powder measure and 30-30 dies. Nice thing about RCBS is its "forever" warrantee.
