Good .223 load data for auto's ????

First of all thank you to everyone who helped me out with the .223 brass& dies posts. I have found this site is a wealth of knowledge, and a great tool for beginers like myself. I have yet another .223 Question!!!!
I have 3 lbs of 4198, 3lbs of 4895, 1lb of 3031, 1lb of 748,and 1lb of 4320. I have about 900 55g fmj's, and 700 53g siera hollowpoints. I want to "work up" a nice accurate 53g hp round for my Stevens 200, and load the 55g fmj for my Mini's and AR. I need some advice on what powder & load I should try that will reliably opperate my Auto's. Since I have the most of 4198 & 4895 I would like to use that if possable. any Ideas? It will just be used for plinking, having fun, and the occasional Varmint.

I also am curious of any decent varmint loads with a 53g hp. in a Bolt action with 3031,748,or4320

Thanks in advance.
