I had a model 20 blow up and have seen 2 others both 40 s&w. The case ruptures out the bottom and sets off rounds in the magazine. It sends plastic up both arms and I had a piece removed from my forehead a week later when the spot kept bleeding. I got rid of all my Glocks after that. Once was enough for me.
