I wouldn't bet my life on that silly quote. Why should it not be from factory as it should be? It'd bother me. I think he should send it back.
I also have had a flawless G19..But in my previous post I failed to mention. When I did a 2.5lbs trigger job for the range. it malfunctioned like nobody's business.
Trigger would get stuck back...or trigger would go all the way back and come back forward again. Nothing would happen ETC.
Leaving it FACTORY it's been perfect.
