Mine is a straight blade. I hadn't thought to look at British or Civil War bayonets.
If it had a yataghan blade I would have thought French and been wrong again looks like.

The hole in the cross-guard doesn't look big enough for a .69 caliber, but I've been wrong about everything else so far.

Does your bayonet have any words, numbers, or insignia stamped into it?
