This Judge, like so many others has twisted the core right, identified in
Heller, from being the right to self defense, to a right to possess and carry guns.

Sorry Judge. That is not what the
Heller decision said.
That being said, I firmly believe that no district court is going to read
Heller in the proper manner. We should be used to this by now... Yet it rankles, nonetheless.
