The edit window hasn't changed for about the same amount of time that TFL has existed. If there is an important edit you need to make, you can always PM any mod or admin who will be able to make it for you.

Also, for future reference, the list of all the mods and admins can be found at the "View Forum Leaders" link in the bar at the bottom of the forum listing on the main forum page.
