Glocks aren't really different from other guns when you talk about extractor/ejector function.

A very minor change to the way the FACE of the ejector hits the case as it is extracted -- and that can be modified by angling that ejector's flat face in a number of different ways with a file -- can cause dramatically different results when the spent case is popped loose from the extractor.

The ammo used and the strength of the recoil spring can also be players.
