I think the Speer Good Dot +P Short Barrel round has narrowed the gap between the 38 Special and 357 Magnum snubbie significantly. Now If I can only find a box or two to try. 13 3/4 inches of penetration with a fully expanded hollow point, and intact bullet is pretty impressive.
