FWIW, The Ithaca Model 49 is a Zamak-receiver, Martini-type single shot rifle.

While Ithaca made their own Model 49R (repeater) for awhile, the only Ithaca levergun made in Germany (by Erma & branded for Ithaca) was the Ithaca Model 72.

The Model 72, as posted above, is virtually identical to the current Henry H001 Standard, but IDK if parts are interchangeable.

Perhaps contacting Anthony Imperato @ Henry, with your need for a FP, can resolve your issue.

Mr. Imperato (the Henry Prexy) can be reached directly via email: [email protected]

While Numrich lists the Model 72 firing pin, it's currently posted as "Sold Out".
